Louis Vuitton Foundation – Skip-the-queue tickets

Designed by the American architect Frank Gehry, the Louis Vuitton Foundation stands on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne, in the Jardin d’Acclimatation.

This building, characterised by its curves, lines and interplay of transparency, is the first artistic statement of a new, unmissable venue for contemporary artistic creation.

Drawing on the history and diversity of artistic languages and expressions from the 20th and 21st centuries, the Foundation presents an international programme throughout the year. Works from the collection, thematic or monographic exhibitions, and multidisciplinary events form the backbone of the Foundation’s programme.

Exhibition: ‘Gustave Fayet, Collector and Creator’. From 9 October 2026 to 8 March 2027
Following on from the ‘Icons of Modern Art’ exhibitions, the Louis Vuitton Foundation continues its exploration of the pioneering figures who shaped the history of modern art with an exceptional exhibition: ‘Gustave Fayet, Collector-Creator’, on display from 9 October 2026 to 8 March 2027.

The exhibition is an unprecedented event. It brings together, on the one hand, for the first time in a century, more than 250 works from an extraordinary collection, now scattered across the globe, and, on the other hand, 325 creations by Gustave Fayet, most of which have never been shown to the public and have been restored for the occasion.

The exhibition highlights a collection comprising 10 paintings by Vincent van Gogh, 78 works by Paul Gauguin and 88 works by Odilon Redon, as well as paintings and pastels by Edgar Degas, Paul Cézanne, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Berthe Morisot, Paul Signac, Pierre Bonnard, Édouard Vuillard and Henri Matisse.

Access to the current exhibitions: ‘CALDER, dreaming in balance’ from 15 April 2026 to 16 August 2026 and to the Foundation’s spaces

Access to the electric shuttle connecting the Foundation to Place de l’Étoile

Entry to the Jardin d’Acclimatation (access to attractions is not included)

Good to know before your visit : 

The electric shuttle leaves from Place Charles de Gaulle, at the corner of Avenue de Friedland and near the metro exit. Rotations take place every 15 to 20 minutes, on the Foundation’s schedule.

Access to the Foundation is free for: children under 3 years of age, disabled people with an accompanying person, journalists and French and foreign art critics (upon presentation of a document). It is strongly recommended to book a free ticket online on the Foundation’s website.
