Musée Jacquemart-André
Just off the Champs-Elysées, discover a beautiful private art collection with the treasures of a couple of collectors

About This Experience
Just off the Champs-Elysées, discover a beautiful private art collection with the treasures of a couple of collectors – works by Fragonard, Rembrandt, Botticelli…exhibited in a sumptuous mansion dating from the Second Empire.
Nélie Jacquemart and Edouard André dedicated their lives and their fortune to collecting the most beautiful pieces of art from the 15th to the 18th centuries.
From their travels, they brought back French masterpieces from the 18th century, the most beautiful canvases by the greatest Flemish and Dutch painters from the 17th century without forgetting artists from the Italian Quattrocento, like Bellini and Uccello.
The collectors also acquired an exceptional range of furniture from the Louis XV and Louis XVI periods, and numerous precious objects from the Orient.
