7.30 pm – 8.00 pm: Welcome and seating for dinner
8.00 pm: Pre-show (live singer + troupe) and dinner service begins
9.30 pm: ‘L’Oiseau Paradis’ revue
11.20 pm: End of the show

7.15 pm – 7.30 pm: Doors open

8.00 pm: Dinner and pre-show begin

10.05 pm: Pre-show ends

10.15 pm: End of dinner and start of the show

12.00 am: Finale and celebration of the 12 strokes of midnight

12.05 am: Start of the dance party

3.00 am: End of the evening
