Like the residents and the upmarket restaurants, wander around this spectacular market where you'll find first-class shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms and fresh endives, all grown underground in this huge and unusual place.

Entirely eco-responsible, the farm now employs 20 people full-time, using an assembly line and its own recycling channels. Many other short-circuit food start-ups have set up shop in this former car park, including edible flowers, salads, aquaponics equipment, microfoams and many more!

After your visit, you can buy vegetables produced on site with the Too Good to Go anti-gaspi application, subject to overproduction.
