Parc Zoologique de Paris
Almost 255 species and over 3,100 animals to discover!

About This Experience
Mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish and invertebrates, all the main animal families are represented and in plain view for everyone to enjoy! The layout of the park’s buildings and enclosures lets visitors immerse themselves in the natural habitats of the animals: the trail leads through 5 distinct biozones, from the tropical forests of Madagascar to the African savanna, and travelling through European forests, the canopy of the Amazon and the steppes of Patagonia.
As part of the Museum National d’Histoire Naturelle, the Parc Zoologique de Paris’ main aim is conservation and protection of and education about different species, and in line with this mission, the park lets visitors discover and observe animals in an environment that is as close as possible to their natural habitat.
During your visit, you can enjoy animal feeding sessions. You will follow the keepers during their schedule as they feed the lemurs, the rhinos, the giraffes, the manatees, the lions, the penguins, the tapirs, the vultures, the baboons and the otters. During these sessions, the keepers will explain why and how they feed each animal and explain certain animal behaviours, for example how a wolf pack functions. Don’t miss these exciting activities!
