The Discovery workshop introduces you to cheese tasting and cheese-wine pairing, in a rare immersion offered by an expert cheesemaker. Develop your palate and shine in society!

The Amateur: the Art of Cheese and Wine Pairing workshop takes the culinary tradition a step further by exposing you to a wide range of cheeses and wines. Whether you're a first-time enthusiast or just curious, this experience will broaden your range of pleasures and discoveries!

The Cheese-making with cheese and wine tasting workshop will take you from theory to practice, as you embark on a journey into the secrets of cheese-making under the watchful eye of an expert cheesemaker. Savour your own homemade creation with a selection of three cheeses, paired with a glass of wine.
