Located in the heart of the Ile de la Cité in Paris, the Sainte-Chapelle is an absolute masterpiece of the Radiant Gothic style. Every day: 9:30 am, 12:00 pm
You must reserve a time and date to visit the monument (subject to availability). The link for selecting your date and time will be sent to you on your e-ticket. We recommend that you reserve your slot as far in advance as possible.
Only the visit to the Sainte-Chapelle is time-stamped, the visit to the Conciergerie can take place at any time of day, subject to opening hours.
Visiting conditions: As part of the Vigipirate plan, the following items will be screened and prohibited: Motorcycle helmets, Aerosols, Knives and sharp objects, Scissors, Glass bottles, Bulky luggage/bags, Scooters, skateboards and rollerblades).
Admission to the Sainte-Chapelle is free, on presentation of proof of entitlement, for: all young people under 18, residents of the European Union aged 18 to 25 inclusive, holders of the Education Pass, jobseekers, disabled persons and their carers, etc. (full list available on the Sainte-Chapelle website). Visit documents are available on site in French, English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Chinese and Russian.
When temperatures reach 0°C or below, the Sainte-Chapelle closes its doors.
Admission to the chapel is free on European Heritage Days (19 to 20 September 2026) and on the first Sunday of each month from November to March inclusive.

April 1 to September 30: 9am - 7pm
October 1 to March 31: 9-17
Annual closures: May 1, December 25 and January 1
Last entry to monument 40 minutes before closing time
